Our Promise to You: We are committed to providing you with premium at-home beauty tech. While we hope you love your elevaure device, we understand that things do not always work out. Therefore, we have created a clear and fair return policy to protect your investment and maintain the highest hygiene standards.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We gladly accept return requests within 30 days of the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Return (Hygiene First)

Because our facial sculptors and massagers are intimate personal care products, they come into direct contact with your skin. Thus, we must uphold strict health and safety regulations for all our customers.

For any return not related to a defect, the item must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all factory hygiene seals perfectly intact. If the security seals are broken or the device shows signs of use, we cannot accept the return for sanitary reasons.

3. Return Shipping Responsibilities

Quality Issues (Defective Items): If your device arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a free replacement or full refund immediately.

Personal Reasons (Change of Mind): If you are returning an unopened product due to personal preference, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees to our designated returns center. Original shipping charges incurred at checkout are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process & How to Initiate

To start a return, please contact our Customer Care Team via our Contact Us page with your order number and clear photos of the item. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct shipping address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Once your returned package arrives and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
