A structured 6–8 week EMS progression maximizes adaptation across all waveforms: Weeks 1–2 (Adaptation): Use Dilatational Wave C for all sessions at low-to-medium intensity. Focus on establishing comfort with EMS stimulation and finding your working intensity on each channel. Weeks 3–4 (Toning Introduction): Add Fine Wave A for 1 of your 2 weekly sessions. Use Dilatational Wave C for the other session. Begin adding Upward/Downward Wave D for the final 5 minutes of each session. Weeks 5–6 (Full Protocol): Alternate Fine Wave A and Dilatational Wave C across your 2 weekly sessions. Add Thick Wave B for 5 minutes when combining EMS with RF sessions. Continue Wave D at session end. Weeks 7–8 (Peak): Increase intensity on all waveforms to your maximum comfortable level. Maintain 2 sessions per week. After week 8: rest 1–2 weeks before starting the next cycle. Reassess waveform selection based on results and adjust primary waveform for the next cycle.
